About the Role

We are seeking an eVHC Senior Consultant to support operational project requirements. The role with involve deploying autoVHC into international marketplaces through the local Snap-on Business Solutions and partner offices and liaising with our OEM partners to ensure project success and business growth. This is a full time role, based predominately at our Crewe office.
 

Key Requirements

  • Project implementation through the full life cycle of Software Application Implementation
  • Delivery, Installation and Configuration of Software Applications to specified requirements
  • Delivery of instructional training to end users ensuring all project deliverables are met
  • Work to agreed timeframes, project plans and budgets
  • Support the develop project plans and identify key objectives, resources and responsibilities
  • Identify, manage, report and action risk
  • Own and co-ordinate quality reviews of implementation – escalating issues appropriately and prioritising remediation activities
  • Aid with the Development of strategies for the improvement of implementation process, services, standards
  • Develop and introduce clear communication channels
  • Develop relationships with clients
  • Organise and conduct client reviews
  • Determine the types of products and services required by clients, creating sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key organisers/decision makers within our clients
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationshsip through regular close contact and account management which will include regular face to face meetings, telephone and mail communications
  • Interact with the sales start up process, including communications with prospects and the tendering and demonstration process
  • Establish autoVHC and Snap-on as the aftersales solutions provider of choice
  • Liaise with management team to ensure that autoVHC is supported and promoted to regions and markets
  • Keep autoVHC management informed of any issues and opportunities
  • Liaise directly with regional and market management to ensure full support is given to autoVHC “embedding”, identify problems and corrective actions for full dealer adoption
  • Drive utilization improvement actions and monitor market and RAM performance
  • Identify training needs, develop appropriate training materials, liaise with Snap-on training team to deliver local training

Qualifications

Essential:

  • English and Maths GCSE or equivalent

Desirable:

  • Degree or relevant professional qualification

Relevant Experience

Essential:

  • Aftersales experience at dealer and OEM level
  • IT deployment experience
  • Automotive business consultancy

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of autoVHC / eVHC products
  • Understanding of wider SBS product portfolio

Skills / Abilities

Essential:

  • Strong communication skills
  • IT literate
  • Good business acumen
  • Analytical skills - ability to identify trends

Desirable:

  • Financial acumen
  • Strong network of contacts
  • Multilingual - Spanish, German, Italian, French, or any other language

Additonal Information

While the normal place of work will be in Crewe there must be a willingness to travel internationally.
